Ainsi, l\u2019administrateur peut travailler en premier sur chaque probl\u00e8me critique. D\u00e8s l&#8217;\u00e9tape de cr\u00e9ation du ticket, l&#8217;utilisateur peut ajouter des pi\u00e8ces jointes, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire quelques captures d&#8217;\u00e9cran des probl\u00e8mes. \u00c0 partir du panneau de contr\u00f4le d&#8217;administration, l&#8217;administrateur peut voir les tickets et son \u00e9quipe peut y travailler. L&#8217;administrateur peut modifier l&#8217;\u00e9tat du probl\u00e8me lorsque le probl\u00e8me est r\u00e9solu. Si le probl\u00e8me n&#8217;est pas r\u00e9solu, l&#8217;utilisateur peut rouvrir le probl\u00e8me et le d\u00e9finir sur OUVERT.     <\/p>\n\n\n                    <p class=\"text-textSubtitle contentColor text-sm font-light mt-6 leading-6\">Chaque action sur la progression du probl\u00e8me sera notifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;administrateur. Ce module fournit \u00e9galement une option de discussion pour les utilisateurs et les administrateurs afin qu&#8217;ils puissent discuter en fonction du ticket. Avec ce module g\u00e9nial, l&#8217;administrateur peut cr\u00e9er des employ\u00e9s et d\u00e9finir des autorisations pour chaque employ\u00e9. Une attribution automatique est une fonctionnalit\u00e9 du Cloud Ticket System. Ici, l&#8217;administrateur peut d\u00e9finir l&#8217;attribution automatique \u00e0 chaque employ\u00e9, puis des tickets particuliers en fonction du type seront automatiquement attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9, puis il pourra y travailler.
